We offer our customers a number of standard service level agreements (SLAs) geared to meeting different customer support requirements. SLAs may also be customised to suit individual client needs.
Customers requiring support contact us via our UK call centre and are then routed to the appropriate technical specialist. If a customer has Web access they can open a secure online chat session with a technical specialist. If required, and with the customer's permission, our specialists are able to use the online support tool to remotely access the customers system through a secure and encrypted Internet connection. Alternatively the specialists are able to share their own desktop.
We conduct product training on the customer's site and tailor the training to the customer's requirements. This allows us to deliver targeted training that maximises the effectiveness of the training course for its attendees.
